Vernon Mason, Jr M.Ed.

John Cotton

With over 20 years of experience with Bank of America, John D. Cotton is currently the National Sales Director for the Small Business Franchise Lending Team.  In this role, John is responsible for leading a team of Business Development Officers located across the United States in delivering small business lending solutions to franchisees.  Hired by the Bank in 1998 to join a team that provided technical support for the ATM servers, John was offered an opportunity to begin his sales career with Practice Solutions in 2002.  During his time with Practice Solutions John held positions as an Account Manager, Business Development Officer and Inside Sales Manager.  Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, John majored in Management Information Systems, graduating from Bowling Green State University.   John resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife and two children.  He actively volunteers his time with various charities including Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, Boys and Girls Club of Columbus and local schools.

  1. Bags must be 5"x9"x2" or smaller (the size of a small purse or clutch). Backpacks, drawstring bags, duffel bags, tote bags, oversized purses, and other similar style bags are NOT permitted. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags and bags containing essential medical equipment.

  2. For the remainder of the 2022 season, single-compartment clear bags measuring no larger than 12"x12"x6" will also be allowed. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC. Clear backpacks are not allowed. These single-compartment bags must be completely clear without anything concealing part of the bag.

  3. Fans who arrive to an entry gate for a game with a non-permitted bag will have the option of storing their bag for a fee with a third-party locker company. This locker truck is located on top of the Lansdowne Garage across from Gate E.

  4. All tickets will be digital using the MLB Ballpark App (see section below on Mobile Ticketing). You’ll need to download the MLB Ballpark App, sign up with an email + password, then verify the email to have access to your digital tickets. Once that step is complete, you can forward tickets digitally to your guests who also need the MLB Ballpark App.

Guests can meet their Red Sox host at 14 Lansdowne Street at 6:00pm to collect their VIP Lanyard. Once guests scan their digital ticket, they will be brought up the staircase to the 521 Overlook space. Ipswich Street is also an easy place for transportation to drop off and pick up guests as well.
